Sweetheart has been in the business of cordially inviting since Krissy made her own wedding stationery in 2004. Ever since Krissy was in her early teens she’s been slicing and dicing paper, so paper craft is nothing new by any means.

A more organized and purposeful approach came recently when Krissy realized how much fun it was to have a hand in helping people dream up the first gate to an amazing party. The invitation.

“I have always had an eye for pretty patterns and rich colors” and “wouldn’t that look GREAT with a ribbon??” and when it comes down to it, this is just what Krissy loves to do. So after much trial and much error in advertising, strategy, product development and just trying to flap her little wings and get this bird off the ground, her friend suggested she visit the South End Open Market and when she went, she knew this was the place for her; “a place where I could show my stuff and hopefully succeed”.

So here she is, and seriously, if she was any greener you’d have to hand her the little baggy in the seat pocket in front of you. “Starting from scratch has been very interesting so far and I have learned a lot on the way. We (me and the huzz-the other seat at the Sweetheart Table) will be at the Market on the dates above so come see us! We’d love to see you. No R.S.V.P. required.”
